Digital Working Groups

Seventh annual Canadian Fashion Symposium was conducted as Digital Working Groups due to the COVID-19 pandemic

This year, we used the no-fly and no-assembly time during the summer of 2020 to form Digital Working Groups that focused on building and co-designing various teaching, research, and curating tools for fashion scholars and professionals. Experts from different countries and fields of research collaborated together and contributed with their time and expertise to put this resource together. The main focus of the working groups was on ethics, sustainability, and decolonization of fashion studies, fashion education, and fashion curation.

A huge thank you to all the Digital Group leaders and everyone who contributed their time and resources!

Special thank you to: Jaleesa Reed, Jason Cyrus, Ryan Chantree, Johnathan Clancy, Jess Montgomery, and Oluwasola Olowo-Ake for all their hard work and dedication!
